Package Inclusions:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. All packages are subject to 10% service charge.
2. For bookings less than 100Pax "below minimum charge" of Php1,500.00 is applicable.
3. Transportation Charge of PhP1,500.00 to nearby cities.
4. 50% Down payment upon signing of contract.
5. 50% Full payment on the day BEFORE the event program.
6. 10% on the contract price will be charged upon “early” cancellation of the contract.
7. 20% of the DP amount will be deducted if cancellation will be made a week before the function,
8. 50% if the day before and no refund if it will be cancelled on the event date.
9. Additional transportation fee for out of town venues.
10. Any losses, breakage, gate entrance fee will be charged to your bill.
11. Any Subdivision fee and/or CATERER’S BOND should be shouldered by the client.
12. Service of waiters up to four (4) hours only, Overtime fee of Php50.00 per hour per waiter
13. Additional Php50.00 per floor per waiter if the event is held in a building w/out service elevator or if the loading area is 50meters from the venue.
